Wholewheat sourdough fest :-)

The fruity aroma of sourdough starter, a good arm workout kneading dough and a narrow escape for my fingers from a 250 degree Celsius oven.... aah, Sunday couldn't have been more perfect :-)

By the way, the wavy pattern on my dough is courtesy some old bamboo table mats that served as proofing surfaces :-)
