Guava, sprout, vegetable and peanut salad with a zesty tulsi dressing

Three shredded Tulsi leaves 
(also known as holy Basil or Ocimum sanctum)
1/2 tsp soy sauce (dark)
3/4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
2 tsp sunflower oil
A large pinch of salt
